The less it is left to infuse, the lighter the tea is: in general, in fact, tea that requires an infusion of no more than 2 minutes is stimulating, while tea that requires an infusion of 5 minutes or more has a calming effect. In this case it is recommended to leave it to infuse for about 3 minutes. Once ready, it can be served plain or with the addition of lemon or milk, and sweetened to taste.
